ROUTINE MAINTENANCE INCLUDES:

  • Replace or clean the air filters

  • Inspect all coils for proper air flow

  • Check the refrigerant pressures

  • Check the system temperatures

  • Clean the condensate drain pan and drainline

  • Inspect the condensate drainline for proper slope

  • Inspect and tighten electrical connections

WE CAN PUT A CUSTOM RESIDENTIAL AND  COMMERCIAL MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR YOUR HOME,OFFICE, RESTAURANT OR CLUBHOUSE.
